The old ways had
become inefficient and unreliable. While the internet and smartphones brought about a smart future with new ways to work and communicate, freight brokering remained stuck in the past. In 2009 they left an old guard broker and set out on their own to pioneer the future of freight brokering. They started with the belief that freight brokering could be more efficient, reliable and even pleasant for customers. Gone would be the days of breaking promises to customers by giving back freight, gone would be the days of customers wondering if their freight would arrive safely and on-time, and gone would be the days of poor customer service.
