Specified Testing Laboratories, LLC is a holding company of testing laboratories and related operating companies. Formed in September 2013, Specified has acquired to date four testing laboratories that focus on environmental, food, and product testing services. Specified's 38 employees are lead by several high performing, 20 year + veterans of
the environmental and food testing laboratory market. The core of our business is compliance testing of drinking water and waste water for municipal authorities, industry (such as oil refiners, chemical and paper companies) and home owners and inspectors.
Specified acquired and operates the testing lab assets of the following companies: International Hydronics ( acquired Oct 2013); New Jersey Analytical Labs (acquired Nov, 2013), CNA Environmental (acquired Dec 2013); and Smith Environmental Labs (acquired Apr 2014).
