Sonocrete develops ultrasound-based premixing systems for the concrete industry that accelerate concrete hardening and enable reductions in cement use. concrete mixer. This treatment increases early compressive strength, allowing precast elements to be stripped earlier or produced with lower cement content or less heat. Sonocrete targets precast concrete plants and planned ready-mix applications that aim to lower carbon emissions and production costs while maintaining required strength. Its full-scale prototypes are designed to integrate alongside existing production lines with minimal changes to plant layouts.
