Solo Housing provides housing and support services for single people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or seeking more secure accommodation. The organisation offers three main housing solutions: general needs accommodation, a lodgings scheme that places people in spare rooms, and supported housing for up to two years. It also delivers
projects such as accommodation access and assertive outreach, rough sleeper resettlement, temporary shared accommodation and a women’s accommodation service linked to the criminal justice system. In addition, Solo Housing runs SoloConnect to recruit and support hosts, and operates Solo Cleaning & Property Maintenance Services, which offer paid cleaning and maintenance while creating work opportunities. Its services are designed to help people sustain long-term housing and increase their independence.
