Sofia's Hope supports children with cancer and their families through patient and family programs and targeted research funding. The organization provides arts-based distraction therapy in clinics and hospitals, virtual art camps, equestrian sessions, and family field trips to the zoo at no cost to participants. It offers healing arts therapy
with licensed professionals, virtual tutoring and free virtual sessions for patients, survivors, and siblings, and scholarships and other quality-of-life assistance such as celebrations and small wish grants. Sofia's Hope organizes fundraising events and community game and race initiatives to sustain these services. The organization also funds research in pediatric cardio-oncology aimed at reducing the cardiovascular side effects of childhood cancer treatments and collaborates with clinical and advocacy partners to advance this work.
