SOE koht is a non-profit community initiative that develops and maintains a birch grove and surrounding riverside area as a public recreational space. The organisation focuses on upgrading park infrastructure and renewing tree plantings to support long-term use of the grove. SOE koht organises community activities such as tree planting, volunteer
clean‑ups and other improvement events in the area. It offers ways for participants to dedicate named trees or memorial benches and to contribute ideas for playgrounds and small architectural elements. The initiative also collects and presents historical and contemporary information, photographs and memories related to the grove. Through events, participation formats and consultation, SOE koht provides structured opportunities for residents, professionals and supporters to shape the future of the public space.
