They specialize in innovative social marketing strategies and helping companies figure out what they should be doing with social media. They are also in the process of developing a tool called Rippl which serves to
trigger and facilitate conversations between "who we are and the things we buy". Rippl is based on the combination of web semantics, social commerce and social/mobile consumer apps. The Beta release and first live customer are expected in Q1 2010.
In addition, the company also provides marketing engineering services for the purpose of consumer segmentation and targeting, media planning, customer value assessment and diffusion modeling.
