company-owned production hall in Löhne, Westphalia, and after being approved by special transport transported to the destination. This procedure offers short, predictable production times of 6-8 weeks, regardless of season and weather.
SmartHouse modules are flexibly expandable and can be moved to a different location even after years. The modules are built like modern prefabricated houses and at the same time offer the essential advantage of dry production in the production hall. The use of innovative component systems with certified, certified building materials ensures a comfortable room climate and saves operating costs. The compact design of the SmartHouse modules also ensures maximum energy efficiency.
