Sleeep Technologies is a wellness consumer technology company with a proactive approach to health management through sleep with the aid of technology. They are solving the sleep deprivation pandemic by building an online-offline solution platform that offers a holistic and tailored-approach with modular and responsive sleeping environments
(public/private), lifestyle (tele-)coaching, and prescriptive nutrition subscriptions. Sleeep Technologies is the owner of the SLEEEP brand, it has developed patented IoT capsules with patented R.E.M. system design and it has received Red dot design award for SLPer. It has been providing data-driven sleep applications, assessment and improvement service to users through accommodation in capsule hotel (3 in Hong Kong, 1 in Thailand) and sleep consultancy program. One third of the global population 7.9 Billion has sleeping issues, targeting 1% of it 36M people and ask for 1 USD per night for a better quality of sleep, that would be 13.B USD revenue per year. Sleeep Technologies Limited is is now entering its next phase of growth, leveraging on the accumulated 20K+ customers and data and their experience with their sleep pattern and the growing wellness community they are building, they are seeking a total raise of USD 3 million to roll out their new products (eg melatonin-free unique formula nutrition supplements by Dr. Gordon Chiu & others) to enrich their holistic sleep solution portfolio and monetise the R&D they have built so far. By using this round of funding, they will continue to grow vertically in HK for obtaining market share through customer’s share of wallet, targeting high-performing high stress affluent professionals. Their sleep solution focuses on inside-out long term built up in improving the overall wellness of an individual, not a short term quick fix with a single product (e.g. melatonin pill) by other market players. Their total sleep data-driven solution is developed based on a unique K.I.N.D. philosophy (Knowledge based, Inside-out, eNvironment, Data-driven), we solve the complex sleep problem by a comprehensive solution including products, services, and education (knowledge sharing). They will leverage the power of their patented sensor/modulator feedback system design (R.E.M.) to harness the collective power of domain experts, big-data and A.I., which will allow them to offer a unified life-time customer experience and expand their reach exponentially.
