Skypace was founded in Rocklin, California, in 2019 under the original name Maxton Shipping Inc. by logistics veterans Vlad Nikolaev (formerly of DSV/Vektor) and Nick Yarmolyuk (founder of Divine Enterprises - a pharmaceutical freight carrier), bringing over 20 years of experience in logistics and global forwarding.
