Sisu VR’s products include HR Business Conduct & Harassment-Free Workplace training featuring DEI, harassment, discrimination, and bullying response and prevention topics. Vetted by HR and Employment Law experts from Cisco and Marvell Technologies, the experience is compliant with United States federal and state regulations for harassment-free workplace training. The training is based on recent true events and experienced in multiple first-person perspectives (e.g., complainant, respondent) and focuses on topics, such as quid pro quo, hostile work environment, and harassment-based on gender expression.
Sisu VR’s Workplace Violence & Active Shooter Response Safety training teaches users how to Run-Hide-Fight during a workplace violence and active shooter scenario. Vetted by the renowned Captain Bill Fogarty and Officers John Bassi and Michael Maddelena, the experience is compliant with the Department of Homeland Security’s guidelines for how civilians should respond to workplace violence.
