SISTIC provides ticketing services and solutions to various types of events. It sells tickets to pop concerts, musicals, theatres, family entertainment, and sports.
Readily accessible, ticket buyers can browse for and buy tickets through the SISTIC website, customer hotline, and mobile app. Additionally, more than 40 SISTIC authorized agents are
located throughout Singapore, and also in Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
SISTIC also offers STiX, a web-based and customer-oriented ticketing solution suitable for ticketing companies, event promoters, and venues, under a licensing arrangement. STiX was licensed in 2003. It has been used for events held at various performance venues in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, and China.
SISTIC was launched in December 1991 and its operations are headquartered in Singapore.
