Sisters in Sync provides programs, events, and advocacy initiatives that support the well-being and empowerment of Black girls and women. The organization runs structured programs such as BecomingHER for adolescent girls and Resilient Women Reset & Check-in for adult women, focusing on self-esteem, emotional intelligence, resilience, and
leisure. It offers experiential initiatives like Camp Be, Become, Belong, the Prom Experience Giveaway, and the Sisterly Love Slumber Party to build community, self-care practices, and positive peer connections. Sisters in Sync also leads advocacy and research through its #MaybeNextTime campaign and summit, which address violence, discrimination, and barriers to disclosure. In addition, it hosts the You Go, Girl! Awards to recognize the achievements of girls and young women across education, leadership, entrepreneurship, arts, and community service.
