SIQ conducts research and provides practical support for quality and management development in organizations. The company runs SIQ Akademi with courses, workshops, lectures and advisory services focused on quality, leadership and sustainable operations. SIQ develops and maintains management and quality models, including the SIQ Management Model,
and offers related tools, surveys and evaluations to help organizations assess and improve their performance. It administers quality awards and benchmarking activities that recognize systematic improvement work. SIQ also coordinates research projects, publications and the Swedish Quality Management Academy, and operates a membership program that gives access to knowledge resources, networks and member events.
