SIMON provides Islamic primary education through a network of Dutch-language primary schools. The organization serves as the overarching board for multiple elementary schools on an Islamic foundation, setting educational policy and supporting school leadership. SIMON delivers curriculum-based primary education and religious education aligned with
its identity framework. It offers enrollment pathways for children starting primary school and information services for parents. Through the SIMON Academie it organizes professional development, workshops, training programs and learning networks for teachers, school leaders and support staff. The foundation also manages central functions such as HR, housing, ICT, quality coordination and privacy procedures for its schools.
