The organization runs the Silverbrook Manor Farm Club, a tiered membership program that offers seasonal access to herbs, vegetables, flowers, eggs, and on‑farm gatherings, retreats, and workshops. It hosts paid events such as guided
farm tours, wild foraging walks, sensory tastings, and educational sessions for consumers, chefs, and other producers. Silverbrook Manor offers a bespoke hatchery providing fertilized eggs and hand‑raised chicks by reservation, as well as a community compost program with compost and soil amendments for sale. The farm develops and sells botanicals and herbs through partners, and leads research initiatives such as food forests, seed‑keeping, and beverage development under the Momiji Elixir project.
