SignalDX is an AI-powered pre-claim intelligence platform for diagnostic laboratories. The platform analyzes lab orders before claim submission to identify missing, invalid, or high-risk information that can delay reimbursement or lead to denials.
SignalDX ingests orders from fax, HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other sources, then uses AI to extract,
normalize, validate, and enrich order data. It checks eligibility, payer requirements, medical necessity, ICD-10/CPT logic, provider information, modifiers, and other claim-readiness issues before orders are sent to LIS or RCM systems.
The goal is to help labs reduce denials, accelerate reimbursement, improve intake quality, and create a cleaner handoff between ordering providers, lab operations, and billing teams.
