Showerplus develops and sells a saline shower system and associated salt sticks for people with neurodermatitis, psoriasis and other sensitive or dry skin conditions. The company’s main product, the Salzdusche starter set, combines a Base+ fitting for the shower with single-use Meersalz sticks to create a defined salt concentration in the water
during a normal shower routine. Users install the Base+ on existing shower fittings without special tools and insert Stick+ cartridges for individual shower sessions. Showerplus offers different Pure Stick+ variants with Dead Sea or Mediterranean salt, as well as Sense Stick+ variants with additional scent components such as eucalyptus, lavender and ylang ylang. The products are intended as an at-home adjunct to skin care, aiming to make the effects of saltwater baths usable in everyday showering. Showerplus also publishes informational articles and customer reports related to neurodermatitis, psoriasis and skin care.
