Shiptimize provides carrier-branded ecommerce infrastructure for Post & Parcel operators across Europe. Ecommerce platforms and marketplaces increasingly control where delivery decisions are made. Carriers that are not visible in merchant workflows and checkout flows risk losing influence over delivery choice, volume allocation, and the
merchant relationship. Operational excellence alone is no longer sufficient. Shiptimize helps carriers close that gap. The platform connects carrier services into the ecommerce environments merchants use every day, and enables Post & Parcel operators to offer merchant-facing digital tools under their own brand. From ecommerce and marketplace integrations to carrier-branded shipping portals, checkout visibility, pickup point enablement, and tracking, Shiptimize provides the infrastructure layer around how carriers operate inside ecommerce. The company was founded in 2012 as PakketMail, a multi-carrier shipping platform built from direct ecommerce merchant experience. After expanding across Portugal, Spain, and Brazil, Shiptimize identified a more strategic opportunity: helping carriers build and own their ecommerce connectivity rather than depending entirely on third-party platforms. The first carrier infrastructure partner, CTT in Portugal, came on board in 2020. Carrier partners today include GLS, bpost, and DPD. Shiptimize operates at the intersection of ecommerce, logistics, and technology. That combination gives the company practical knowledge of how merchants work, how ecommerce platforms are structured, and what carriers need to strengthen their digital position. The result is infrastructure that is built for carrier strategy, not adapted from merchant tooling.
