Shine Partnership equips churches to build capacity in schools and surrounding neighborhoods through mutual, long-term partnership. The organization develops and manages structured church-school partnerships focused on student enrichment, family development, and teacher support. It provides churches and schools with onboarding, training, needs
assessments, goal-setting support, and ongoing coaching under a formal agreement with the local school district. Shine Partnership also operates Laundry Love, a program that collaborates with laundromats to offer free laundry services and supplies to households experiencing material poverty. Through these programs, Shine Partnership coordinates volunteers, resources, and training to address practical needs of students, families, and educators.
