SheSharp is a nonprofit foundation that provides community programs and resources for women and non-binary people in the tech industry. The organization offers an annual mentorship program that matches mentors and mentees for structured career and skills development. SheSharp runs scholarships such as the SheSharp Scholarship and Grow in Tech
Scholarship to fund technical learning and career-building resources. It also partners with coaches and facilitators to deliver group coaching, feedback workshops, and individual career coaching opportunities. Throughout the year, SheSharp hosts events including hackathons, speaker panels, coworking days, and social gatherings, both online and in person. The foundation maintains an online Slack community and meetup-based activities to connect members, share resources, and support career progression in technology roles.
