SHCH Studio operates under the trading name Data Decisions Lab and builds custom business intelligence dashboards tailored to individual companies. The company performs short data audits to map existing data, assess data quality, and identify measurement gaps. It designs and develops bespoke browser-based dashboards that answer specific operational
and financial questions across areas such as margin, revenue, acquisition, client profitability, and team performance. SHCH Studio consolidates data from spreadsheets, accounting and ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, industry-specific systems, and marketing tools into a single data layer. It also conducts one-off analytical deep dives, such as cohort, LTV, churn, and attribution analyses, and offers optional ongoing support to extend and maintain dashboards over time.
