Company Performance Metrics
- Ruhlan Jafarli: Founder & CEO at Sevenoir
Sevenoir is building a neutral custody-evidence layer for aviation baggage. More than 33 million bags are mishandled every year, at a direct cost of over $5B (SITA). The expensive part is not finding the bag; it is three companies (airline, ground handler, insurer) disputing who pays, with records the other parties do not trust.
Sevenoir ingests
the scan events operators already generate (BSM messages, RAIN RFID reads, WorldTracer events, via API or file export) together with claim files, and seals every handover into a signed, timestamped custody record that is never edited in place. An AI analyst assembles a claims-ready evidence pack with every statement cited to a source record; any party can verify the result independently. AI assembles; the signed log attests.
No new hardware, no auto-payouts, no parametric insurance promises: the evidence plugs into the existing claims workflows of ground handlers, airline claims teams, baggage insurers and TPAs. Tracking is getting solved. Liability is not. Sevenoir makes custody provable.
