SeniorTech is a nonprofit organization that provides free technology support and education services for senior citizens. The organization connects seniors with student volunteers who help them with devices such as phones, tablets, computers, and related software and online services. SeniorTech offers support through in-person sessions, scheduled
appointments, and phone-based assistance. It also provides remote help using tools like Zoom, calls, and remote-access software when appropriate. In addition, the organization produces step-by-step instructional videos and other educational content to explain common devices and digital services. SeniorTech works both directly with individuals and in partnership with other organizations that serve older adults.
