Seenaryo uses participatory theatre and play-based education to run programmes with children, youth and adults in community and school settings. The organisation co-creates theatre productions with under-served groups, using collaborative methods that place participants at the centre of the creative process. It provides theatre leadership training
and mentorship for youth and women, supporting them to become facilitators and creative leaders in their communities. Seenaryo develops and delivers teacher training and resources, including a mobile app and associated workshops that help educators use music, stories and play to deliver curricula. It also produces guides and publications on participatory theatre and play-based learning for practitioners and partners. Through these strands, Seenaryo focuses on life skills, wellbeing, and engagement in learning for people affected by poverty, displacement and conflict.
