Scitex Vision was acquired by Scitex Corporation on 25 February 1998 and changed its name to Scitex Wide Format Printing Ltd. The operations of Scitex Vision, together with
rights to the name Scitex were acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2005 (and renamed HP Scitex). Therefore Scitex Corporation changed its name to Scailex Corporation in 2006.
