The association encourages medical aid schemes, insurers, and funders to utilize a broad network of accredited service providers to expand access to emergency services, foster industry development, and ensure equitable opportunities for compliant providers. It also functions as a resource center, offering guidance on compliance, billing, and legislation, while providing services such as Road Accident Fund claim support, access to eHealth solutions, and representation with healthcare and governmental bodies.
