salonMonster provides easy online booking and scheduling for salons and spas. It combines a traditional appointment-book layout with an easy to use online environment.
As a Web application, salonMonster removes the hassle of downloading and updating software. Schedules can be accessed anytime, anywhere from a Web browser, iPhone, tablet or smart
phone.
Clients can book their own appointments through an easy-to-use Web interface. The application automatically sends confirmation and reminder emails so the salon doesn't have to. Involving clients in the booking process benefits salons by decreasing no-shows.
The application helps maintain a complete record of salon knowledge, culture and client preferences so it isn't lost when staff members leave. Staff productivity is increased by reducing the time spent managing clients and bookings.
