focusing on technical skills, teamwork, and match play. Saku Sporting organizes football camps and seasonal programs that combine training, games, and educational activities for young players. The club also provides physiotherapy, general physical preparation, and personal and group training services to support athletes’ health and performance. In addition, Saku Sporting manages recreational training groups, such as programs for mothers, and rents its stadium facilities for football use.
