RoomTrust was formed in 2004 by a highly experienced team with a broad expertise in the hotel and events industry. We started in Belgium, looking after the European market, and have grown to become a leading specialist in group accommodation, providing software and services globally.
In 2009 we searched the market for a system to effectively
manage group accommodation and found nothing - so we took the initiative to develop our own tools. Since then, the RoomTrust system has evolved into an industry leader and is now used by many companies, event organisers and venues. We also now licence the system to agencies enabling them to effectively manage their own event accommodation needs and those of their clients.
RoomTrust supports hundreds of events every year, contracting many thousands of room nights around the world. We work with our clients on a very personalized basis - understanding needs before suggesting software and service solutions. In the highly specialized field of group accommodation we are constantly developing to ensure we continue to lead the way.
