We are a telecommunications company focused on providing calls of last resort, allowing our users to stay connected from out-of-credit prepaid mobiles on all major Australian mobile provider networks and payphones. Our users can connect to both mobiles and fixed lines in their moment of need. Whilst reverse charge calling remains our core business,

we are actively exploring new business opportunities and already operate an online contact lens business.

We have been operating in Australia since 2000 where we own and operate the 1800-REVERSE brand. In 2012 we launched a new venture outside of telecommunications, an online contact lens store called OzContacts.com.au. In August 2016 we increased the size of our online contact lens business by acquiring the NetOptical.com.au company.
