Resolute's MAC-TAC drug delivery
platform enables the rapid development of synthetic drug conjugates designed to deliver a broad range of payloads deep into solid tumors. MAC-TACs are not restricted to tumor-specific receptors, so they can address multiple tumor types with a single drug while overcoming the resistance mechanisms associated with cancer-cell targeting therapeutics.
Resolute's lead asset, RS-5, a MAC-TAC carrying an MMAE payload, is currently scheduled to enter clinical trials in Q1 2026.
