Renew MHC provides outpatient mental health counseling services for adults and couples, focusing on personal, emotional, and relational change. The practice offers individual counseling for issues such as depression, anxiety, habits, stress, and life transitions. It also provides couples and marriage counseling that incorporates approaches like
emotionally focused therapy and the Gottman Method to address communication, conflict, and intimacy. Group counseling is offered on topics such as anxiety skills and marriage communication. Renew MHC additionally offers Christian counseling that integrates biblical perspectives for clients who request it, and brainspotting therapy for trauma and other emotional conditions. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth by appointment.
