Refuge City’s advocacy program helps participants meet basic needs, access safe housing, pursue jobs and continuing education, and navigate legal processes such as trafficker trials. It also develops transitional housing through initiatives like 17 House to provide stable living environments for trafficking survivors. All core services are provided to enrolled youth, referred to as Overcomers, to support their long-term independence and well-being.
