Redhook is a creativity school and community that offers educational programs for people working or entering the communication fields, including advertising, public relations, journalism and design. The organization provides mainly live online courses, labs and workshops focused on creative skills, campaign development and portfolio building.
Redhook operates structured programs such as Red2WIN for creative competition preparation and Red2GO for career planning and mentorship in communication. It runs the Redhook Creative Community, which connects members with peers, mentors and networking activities. The school also produces initiatives like Red Week Ideas, an itinerant creativity festival in multiple cities, and Bluehook Creative Hackathon, a social project that links students with microenterprises and NGOs needing communication support. Additional services include the Redhunter Brasil talent selection project and the Redhook Channel, a content channel with talks, interviews and live sessions in communication.
