Since the launch of the most successful daily deal site Groupon, there has been an explosion of websites offering time-limited vouchers with up to 80% price
reductions for local business services, including hairdressers, beauty saloons, restaurants and hotels. Daily deal campaigns are an effective marketing tool used to attract new customers. An acknowledged problem has been the ability of merchants to effectively manage the influx of new customers as deals must reach a minimum of 100 sales, and to capitalise on converting these first time customers to repeat customers.
The Redeem&Get platform offers daily deal publishers a solution for their customers. The solution allows the deal buyer to schedule their appointment quickly and efficiently.
It allows merchants capture redemption voucher details, schedule appointments during downtimes, capture contact details and utilise a marketing layer, which offers database management for later stage email or mobile marketing campaigns.
