Company Performance Metrics
RecycloCraftz operates as a fair trade nonprofit that sells handmade products created by artisans in Zambia. The organization pays artisans a fair wage for items such as bags, aprons, household accessories, jewelry, and other craft goods, and reinvests remaining proceeds into its programs. RecycloCraftz provides vocational training in skills like
sewing, crocheting, beading, and baking to expand artisans’ income opportunities. It also offers literacy development, community libraries, micro-loans, and financial education to support educational and economic advancement. Additional projects include medical and funeral assistance funds, community gardens, chicken rearing, and structured discipleship activities. Through these combined efforts, RecycloCraftz focuses on long-term livelihood development for participating artisans and their families.
