Ready Plan Go (RPG) is a fintech automating personal tax preparation for accounting firms. We acquire or white-label existing tax client books (T1/1040 returns) and power them through our AI-driven back-office platform, automating document collection, OCR data extraction, and workflow management.
By turning low-margin, labor-intensive tax
prep into a scalable digital operation, we boost firm profitability from ~15 % to ~85 %, eliminate staffing bottlenecks, and free accountants to focus on higher-value advisory work.
We’ve raised $750 K CAD in pre-seed funding (backed by the ex-CFO of Amazon Japan, the ex-President of General Dynamics, and a Mistral VC scout) and won two Startupfest 2025 prizes totaling $175 K. With pilot acquisitions underway and support from multiple innovation funds, RPG is building the infrastructure to replace — not augment — manual tax preparation across North America.
