Racy Conversations is a workplace workshop facilitation and consulting practice that focuses on antiracism and inclusion. consulting, and interactive workshops to help leaders and teams develop self-awareness, address bias, and co-create cultures of belonging and harassment-free workplaces. Racy Conversations also delivers compliant anti–sexual harassment trainings for California and New York. In addition, it provides speaking and panelist services on topics such as white women in the struggle for racial equity, raising antiracist children, unearned advantage, and engaging white people in the struggle for full democracy.
