About the Company
Quimsil is a startup focused on chemical recycling of silicone-based plastics such as PDMS fluids and RTV, HTV and LSR silicone rubbers. The company collects silicone waste from industrial manufacturers and processes it using depolymerization and mechanical recycling to obtain reusable silicone fluids and compounds. These secondary materials are
supplied back to industry as alternatives to virgin silicones, with reduced carbon footprint and landfill disposal. Quimsil works with partners on circular projects and operates from the Alicante Science Park in Spain.
