About the project Quickskills is a project related to e-learning. We are making a tool to quickly create training simulations and games. The designer of branching (non-linear)scenarios is the basis of our project. It allows you to create training content for experts who may not be familiar with design or e-learning. They have a goal - to quickly
train their teams.
Positioning We want to position it for the heads of sales departments, and sales teams, to quickly train products, scripts, and practical cases.
Problem In sales teams, you need to quickly train employees, new products, situations, etc. Now, a special department of the company can create the course for several months. We solve the problem of the long development of courses by company specialists. Now, a simulator or a course can be created in a couple of hours by the salesman, head of sales, or even the assistant himself.
Sales We sold several units to the companies, here in Ukraine. A couple of examples: Kyivstar, a national telecom operator. They use it to train call center operators. They are very pleased. They created around 60 courses in two months which were made by a sales trainer. Another case - is ALLO, a national retail electronics sales network. They train their salespersons.
The current state of the project Now we are finishing the second version of the product. It is in beta testing. We are preparing the release of the SaaS version. Competitors TalentLMS and Docebo are the traditional LMS systems.
Vision In development, we want to make the interface for the main messengers so that users can go through the simulation/training games/courses in the usual messenger. This is something like Chatbot LMS. We also need to integrate with the main CRM systems, so that team leaders can manage learning from familiar interfaces. Also, we need to add more gamification. When we get enough user logs, we want to apply machine learning and other algorithms to fully automate the creation of training content. The content creator selects only the target, the subject, the character, and the location and the system itself builds the simulation. This is the perfect picture.
Sales Now we are preparing active sales in Ukraine to refine the product on user experience. The market in Ukraine is now in decline and very small, so we will go to other markets, first, it will be Brazil, Poland, or Britain. We plan to start with CRM systems. We will involve partners in both CRM solutions and traditional LMS systems.
Team Our company consists of 18 people. Since 2005 we have been engaged in HR automation and distance learning. Three people work on the Quickskills project: I, as a product manager, and two programmers. Sometimes we involve analysts and testers. Also, we have 4 salesmen who work with Ukrainian clients.
