Founded in 2006 by former Cegetel French Telecom Operator Customer Service directors, the company's initial focus was health check services delivery. QosGuard on IT Systems Continuous Service Improvement services in order to improve Business transactions' success. European VC Starquest Capital is the first VC to be joined QosGuard in 2010.
