The Fund was incorporated in 2011 by a group of private investors. A famous Russian investor and enterpreneaur Leonid Reiman and one of the leading top-managers of IT industry Sergey Merkulov are among its
co-founders and co-investors.
Fund’s investment focus – the stable growth stage (round А and above) projects having ready technological product and fast-growing clients-and-users base. These are Russian IT and Internet companies with a big local or international sales market potential, interested in external investments for the achievement of a new development level.

Sergey Merkulov, a Managing Partner, one of the leading Top-managers in IT-industry with over 20 years of managerial experience. He is responsible for the Fund strategy, cooperation with investors, as well as a number of sectorial segments are under his management.
Alexey Solovyov, a Managing Director of the Fund. He is responsible for the Fund’s overall management, organisation and functioning coordination of the Managing Company and the Investment Committee; a BOD member of several portfolio companies.
Stanislav Kosorukov, an Investment Director, managing the investment analytical practice, responsible for the search and evaluation of projects’ perspective, investment deals’ structuring and portfolio companies’ operational activity control.
