Propr is an initiative that joins the ranks of companies that are committed to renewing an industry because digital development allows to challenge established practices. This is the first time a real estate chain is behind a disruptive service where they exploit the potential of technology. Propr was established in January 2016. The initiators of
the company are Roger Sebastian Sedal, investor and chair of the board of Sem & Johnsen Eiendomsmegling and the real estate brokers Christoffer Askjer and Kjetil Eriksson. The knowledge and experience of the real estate agents was crucial to developing a self-service service to sell their home themselves in a safe, secure and easy way at a price that reflects their own efforts, without costly intermediaries.
