We're building an AI operating system for property development. Our platform uses a team of specialized AI agents to automate and streamline the entire project development workflow, automating both function-specific workflows and cross-departmental tasks that involve triaging data points between multiple files and teams. This solves a major
pain point of no binding glue between the different systems of record, in an industry that requires significant co-ordination both between different internal functions & also with 50-100 external consultants and suppliers per project.
Our first product is an AI concierge for sales and leasing. It automates top-of-funnel conversations and provides insights to sales teams, which can significantly shorten the lead-to-deal process and double productivity.
Our roadmap includes automation for procurement, site documentation analytics, and project planning. By targeting these higher-value workflows, we aim to become the central OS that manages project-level goals across the entire development lifecycle.
