Its consumer-facing product is a zero-brokerage marketplace where buyers, renters, and sellers transact verified flats, villas, plots, and commercial property across 14+ Indian cities, with listings eligible for ProperT Verified™ — a multi-step legal and documentation audit. The company operates across residential, corporate (office, retail, hospitality), and capital-markets advisory, serving individual buyers as well as developers and institutional partners.
