Progressive Abilities Support Services provides employment-focused programs for people with disabilities across youth and adult age groups. The organization offers customized employment services, including job coaching, on-the-job placement, training, and ongoing support. It delivers youth transition services such as work readiness, self-advocacy
courses, and the G.R.O.W experiential program for students with IEP or 504 plans. Progressive Abilities Support Services conducts comprehensive vocational evaluations and situational assessments to help participants understand their skills, interests, and support needs. It also operates pre-employment training, applicant assistance programs, and career camp to support career development and work-based learning.
