PriviNet is building the nervous system for the physical world.
While the current "Smart Earth" narrative relies on 5G and high-bandwidth networks, 90% of the planet—including deep forests, maritime routes, and remote industrial sites—remains disconnected. This creates a "Data Gravity" problem where critical infrastructure
cannot communicate high-fidelity insights (like wildfire detection or predictive maintenance) due to severe bandwidth constraints.
PriviNet solves this physics problem by moving intelligence to the edge. We replace raw data transmission with Neural Compression.
Our proprietary technology stack consists of two distinct layers: 1. The Physics Layer (mioty): Unlike legacy LoRaWAN networks which struggle with interference, PriviNet utilizes mioty technology (Telegram Splitting Multiple Access). This allows our Scout Sensors to maintain unbreakable connectivity in deep canyons, dense forests, and noisy industrial environments where other signals fail. 2. The Intelligence Layer (Lumra AI): A robust connection is useless if you can't fit the data through it. Lumra AI is our proprietary Edge AI software. Instead of trying to send heavy video or audio files to the cloud, Lumra analyzes the physics on the device itself. It converts complex events into lightweight Vector Embeddings—tiny mathematical fingerprints that capture the "semantic truth" of an event and fit perfectly through low-bandwidth networks.
Dual-Use Application (Enterprise & Consumer): Because Lumra AI processes data locally without cloud dependency, it solves the privacy crisis in the Smart Home market. Under the PriviCare product line, the same neural engine that detects wildfires is used to detect falls, glass breaks, and distress sounds in the home—offering "Safety without Surveillance." This creates a unique dual-market opportunity: high-value industrial contracts (Airports/Utilities) and mass-market consumer scale.
Validation: As a member of the Nvidia Inception program, PriviNet leverages the Nvidia embedded compute ecosystem to achieve datacenter-grade inference on solar-powered devices.
We are not just a connectivity company. We are an intelligence company for the disconnected world.
