Privé Managers is an integrated wealth management, product creation, wealth planning and client relationship management platform that brings the client, advisor and the investment manager into one ecosystem.
Our core technology, Privé’s Virtual Fund (vFund), allows the creation of financial products in minutes at minimal cost. This allows advisors to (a) package existing investment products (such as stocks, bonds, …) based on themes, internal/external research, rule-based investment strategies, life goals and other users’ inputs and to (b) make them executable. Privé Managers replicates all positions underlying vFunds into subscribing client accounts (via electronic order execution), while maintaining the look & feel of a fund investment.
Virtual Funds (a) increase trading volume and reach new client segments by making ideas and trading strategies executable, (b) allow to monetize in-house intelligence by packaging research as Virtual Funds, (c) make it easy to bring in external providers of research and ideas, and (d) allow to execute and track multiple life goals in a single account in a wealth planning context.
