POWA is an association that supports youth social and professional inclusion by working with both young people and youth support professionals. The organization designs and delivers collective mentoring programs that connect young participants with volunteer mentors and partner organizations. POWA provides training activities through POWA Académie
to equip practitioners with methods for autonomy, decision education, and development of agency and transversal skills. It offers open-source pedagogical kits, webinars, and newsletters that share tools, practices, and feedback for socio-professional support. POWA also facilitates a community of exchange where young people and professionals experiment, reflect, and collaborate to create inclusive and empowering pathways.
